Affiliate and partner share access but not the same tools

Affiliate recommends Wavize through a personal link and tracks clicks, signups and commissions. Partner, intended for client support, also has demo accounts and temporary access to their dashboard.

Application is stored as pending and requires approval. Being signed in immediately after registration does not yet grant protected pages; Pending page remains until decision.

Mandatory security
After password verification, every program-area login requires a six-digit email code valid for ten minutes. This control is not optional like client 2FA.

Choose program before completing application

Selected type is stored with account and determines available pages.

• Affiliate

  Choose when publishing content, recommending service or sharing a link without administering client demos.

• Partner

  Choose when your company needs to present, temporarily configure and hand demo accounts to prospects.

• Accurate information

  Prepare first/last name, email, optional phone, company, required website, country and optional address. Website should help the team understand your activity.

Submit a valid form

Registration combines business validation, terms, honeypot and reCAPTCHA.

1. Unique program email

   It must not exist in program accounts. Use an accessible professional inbox because every login code is sent there.

2. Confirmed password

   Minimum eight characters, matching fields. Do not reuse client-area or inbox password.

3. Terms and anti-bot protection

   Open terms in a new tab, select checkbox, leave trap field empty and submit after solving reCAPTCHA.

Sign in with email code

A valid password does not yet create the final program session.

1. Six-digit code

   Wavize removes old code, generates a new one and sends it to account address. Enter without spaces within ten minutes.

2. Resend if needed

   Check spam and quarantine before resending. After several requests, use only the latest still-valid code.

3. Account status

   Once code is accepted, approved account reaches dashboard; pending, rejected or suspended account should not receive same functions.

After approval

Check language, program type and payout settings.

• FR/EN interface

  Only two languages are available. Saved choice follows future logins and matching Help Centre link.

• Relevant dashboard

  Affiliate sees marketing; partner sees demo clients. Redirect to other page is normal according to type.

• Program support

  Use Support page with precise subject and message. Form accepts up to 5,000 characters and shows expected response time.

Application ready for review

A complete application reduces clarification requests.

• Correct type — Affiliate for referrals, partner for managed demos.
• Verifiable company — Name and website describe a real activity.
• Secure inbox — Codes arrive and password recovery works.
